Ameriloaninmypocket Charged me a $75.00 service fee without stating details ripoff Miami Oklahoma
Ameriloan never informed me that they would deduct $75.00 each payday from my account as a 'service fee' in addition to the balance of $50.00 per month. The original loan was for $300.00.
To make matters worse, they took out ONLY $75.00 each time and failed to take out the balance of $50.00 per month to pay down the balance due to the fact that they told me I was to fax them prior to each due date to authorize them to deduct principle. This makes no sense since after three months of trying to get through to them (my bank had to finally give me their phone number!) they DID take out the $50.00 in March 2006 plus the $75.00.
To date, I have more than paid off my debt with service fees. I cannot get them to stop nor can I get my bank to close the account to make them stop. It is a round robin. I am filling out papers to report fraud to the bank.
After finally calling them they hung up on me three times and claim they informed me of all of this when I see no emails nor have I ever received anything in writing informing me of this!

They will continue to take the service fee plus the payment. (The service fee is considered as an extension fee since your loan isn't 100% paid.)
I have had problems with payday loans in the past and believe me they aren't worth it. I will NEVER get a payday loan again. You pay a LOT more what their service is worth. They are definitely a rip off!!!
Try to stay out of the payday loan trap in the future, because that's exactly what it is. A trap!!!!
