Complaint Review: Amerinet Javelin Discount Travel Program

A telemarketer contacted me on or about the week of August 10th, stating that I qualified for a credit card with a $2.500.00 credit limit. There was to be a one time processing fee of $339.15. I agreed and the monies was deducted approximately two (2) days after.

I have contacted the number now a total of 5 times (the number was provided to me by my bank),but to no avail. I have left messages on their answering machine, identify myself, and notifying them that I felt their operation was fraudulent and my intent to notify the authorities.

After 3 months, and no further contact from the organization and no obvious intent on their part to return my monies based on their breach of contract I turn to you.
