Things to expect: If you contact them through the internet someone will call you within about five minutes to sign you up and take your money. They will charge your card or bank account so fast your head will spin. Monthly charge of 35 dollars to be a broker and an initial charge of 95.00. The typical rant about how great and huge the company is. The person contacting you to be very very nice and tell you how they are also disabled.

Thing not to expect: Anyone to answer any e mails after you pay them.I n my case Jud Morris was the contact.Them to tell you that virtually noone excepts these benefits nor will they send you a list of those who do in your area. Any meaningful guidance as to how to make money as A broker.

My suggestion.Contact the Texas Office of the Attorney General as I will have done by the time this rip-off report posts to the internet.Dispute the charge with your finacial institution as I have already done.Warn anyone that you know about this rip-off.Let your doctor know what problems you've had.File a rip-off report-print and fax it to your doctor, banking institution, friends and Attorney Generals office.

Recent rebuttal from an Ameriplan broker stealing advertising from a weblog

#14Author of original report

Thu, August 31, 2006

I know exactly who you are and how you found this report. You've been stealing advertising and gathering e mail addresses from a question and answer blog online. I am not permitted to print the name of the ISP in this report but all of the questions you asked I pointed out ripoffreport.com in the answers so that people wouldn't get duped as I did.

Once I started posting those answers these rebuttals started pouring in again and Ameriplan started spamming me. I've sent all of the e mails to the ISP and Spam@uce.gov to be investigated. So keep rebutting as you wish but I've already contacted those people who foolishly gave up their e mail addresses on the site or the ones that opted in to be contacted by others. It's within my right to contact them due to the ISP's terms of service just as advertising and apamming violates their terms of service.

And how is it you're working from home for this company with such a stellar education as you claim.Ameriplan is taking any steps possible because they're slipping off of the map very quickly. I'm sure you're very happy now that I used the adverb (quickly instead of quick). I type as I speak and not everyone is a robot that uses 100% proper grammar when they speak. So try to use something else against me in the future.I'm going back to the other site to make sure that everyone knows how to find these reports.

SUPPORT FOR AMERIPLAN FROM NEW IBO

#14UPDATE Employee

Thu, August 31, 2006

I joined AmeriPlan a few weeks ago and I am impressed with the professionalism of the company and the materials available to their Independant Business Owners (IBO).

My cost to join was only $50 per month with no registration fee. I believe the fees changed on or about July 26, just before I joined. Aside from the monthly fees I am able to purchase professional marketing materials for a nominal fee.

I called IBO support 2 days after joining and prior to receiving my package, so that I could access the online IBO support system. They were very courteous and the call only took about 5 minutes. I was able to easily navigate the IBO support website and set up the 4 websites they provide as part of my monthly fees. The fee also includes membership Dental, Chiropractic, Prescription, Vision and Veterinary discounts. Please note that Veterinary benefits are only available in Dallas at this time - we are the test market. :) They want us to use the product so that we can tell people we saved money.

I have attempted numerous home businesses and only made money with one. All of them cost me thousands of dollars to start. AmeriPlan does all the hard work and all I have to do is mention the discount programs to friends, family, coworkers and acquaintances. This is the first home business that give me something before I begin earning money.

The program is easy to market. I have already developed several individual leads as well as a non-profit organization and an association. There is no need for me to be aggressive at all in this business.

I got to meet the twin founders last weekend and they are very sweet and personable. Everyone I have met at AmeriPlan is nice. I attend weekly IBO meetings to learn what I should and should not say.

The IBO support website contains all the guidelines that IBO's must follow. Many of the guidelines are in place due to regulatory requirements so that the public is not mislead into believing they are purchasing insurance. The other guidelines are in place to protect the IBO's from being preyed upon by MLM's. AmeriPlan utilizes business networking through Independant Business Owners to promote their product.

Joseph, you blew it. You also need to go back and read your messages. A class in spelling and grammar might do you a world of good. I made straight A's in composition.

Ripoffreport, if you want to tour my websites and see what AmeriPlan provides for $50 a month, please contact me. I would be delighted to show you how much AmeriPlan has to offer.

AmeriPlan you are top notch!

This is the man who enrolled me? No wonder I never got any return correspondence because all of my requests were in English not whatever the previous rebuttal is written in. And the man who answered the phone that was not me answered after the 4th or 5th phone call! He's the person who owns this house and whose name appears on the bill as well as my sister(his wife).

I just moved in here last year from another state and was staying with them for a while. Jud Morris refers to him as the JERK that answered the phone in one of the only e mails that I ever got from him. I forwarded that e mail to Ameriplan admin and with a thorough explanation and they never replied either. And I check my spam folder also so they can't use that excuse either.

Joseph has buyers remorse

#14REBUTTAL Individual responds

Tue, August 29, 2006

My name is Jud. I am a Senior Regional Sales Director with AmeriPlan USA. To respond to one of the rebuttals, I am not a new IBO with AmeriPlanUSA.(r) I have been an IBO for two years. I was the #1 IBO Enroller in AmeriPlanUSA(r) in July and August of 2005. I have been a Ace IBO Enroller in 2004 and 2005. I am alumni of AmeriPlan's presigious 2006 Leaders of Tomorrow Conference. I have a very large down line that I work very closley with. I was Josephs Enrolling IBO.

After Enrolling Joseph He recieved a series of training emails from me in the first 2 hours after his enrollment. The night joeseph enrolled I spent 1 hour on the phone with him. I introduced him to my up line Tim Tull. Tim and I gave him his first assignments.

Those assignments are the usual that all IBO's are given by any sponser who knows what he or she is doing. He instructed to make a list with at least 40 names of all the people he knows. He was told exactly what the list was for and he was in structed to contact me as soon as the list was done so that we could go over the list and discuss approaches he could use depending on the relationship.

Joseph was instructed to write a why letter and was told what the why letter is for. Joseph was instructed to purchase a white board and was told to contact me as soon as he had one so that we could instruct him on how to set up that board. We told Joseph wher The closest regional office was in relation to his location.

He was given phone numbers for myself, Tim Tull, The nightly national New IBO Training call, The national Recruiting call, The recorded conference call line, The 1st Wednesday of the month leadership conference call, The Monday Corp Call and my own personel conference call number that I personally conduct a training call on every Thursday night at 5:00Pm PST. He was also given all of my contact Telephone numbers and the proper email address to contact me at. Joeseph was instructed to contact me with in 24 hours with a completed list and why letter.

The next time I Talked to Joeseph was 48 hours later. I had not heard from him so I called his home to check on him. At that time a man answered the phone and told me never to call again and hung up the phone. It was not joeseph so I called back.

This time joeseph answered the phone and started screaming and acting like a crazed mad man. He shouted that I was a con man and a lier. He stated that I had ripped him off and told me never to call again. The next thing I heard about Joeseph was when a business associate called me the next day and told me about the report on ripoffreport.com.

After reading his report I realized that the man was possibly unstable so I contacted AmeriPlans Corprate office and asked that they refund all of his money even though he was only entitled to recieve his enrollment fee back. The corprate office arranged for a full refund on the spot that was mailed to him the next day.

It was not until one week later that I found out that Joseph had tried to contact me Via Email but had not used the email address he was instructed to use rather he used an email address that I use only for the porpose of sending outgoing email for a mass emailing campaign that I use. Joseph had been told specifically that he could not reach me at that address as I did not check that one for incoming mail.

What this all comes down to was that joeseph had buyers Remorse. He wanted a get rich quick scheme and when he was given actual wrok to do realized that this is a ligitamite business and he would accually have to get up off the couch and work for the next two to four years to achieve success with us he paniced and looked for and made up any excuse he could think of to back out instead of acting like a grown up and simply making the phone call and saying I think I made a mistake, this is not for me.

I wish joeseph the very best of luck in whatever he decides to do and I will pray for him to have all the best in life that I would like for myself and my family.

Jud Morris has so far stopped trying to contact me after I forwarded some of his e mails to Ameriplan. I did refuse the UPS package that they sent me. I will update if I get my refund. To be fair they cannot control the behavior of their brokers.

Providers and more.....

Joseph,
I am sorry you have gotten a sponsor that is not with it. Perhaps they are new and don't know any better.

I would suggest you find out who your upline above your sponsor is and go to them for your guidance. You can also get "cross training" like I had to. My sponsor did not know much (great guy that he is) and I had to do a lot on my own until I found out that I could attend calls and get advice from people that weren't on my team or me on theirs. They don't make any money off of me, but I have not lacked for help when it is needed. My sponsor has also learned a lot from me, which makes us all better at what we do.

I wish that some of my brokers would email me or contact me. I have had many that have spent the money and when I don't hear from them to ask me "what's next?" I try and contact them. They don't return my calls or email and I eventually have to go on and concentrate on the ones that are wanting to work their business. No way can they say that I am not there to help them. (Who knows they may be the next ones that post here saying that Ameriplan is a rip-off) The only thing I can figure is these folks just don't want to work their business or maybe, life has gotten in the way and they can't work their business. Many have stayed on the books, so I am hoping it is because life has stepped in the way and will eventually hear from them.

Joseph, I think you are different. It seems you are trying to get the answers to work your business and not having any success. Go through your broker training on line and follow the steps. They do work with or without your sponsor.

You will find your upline in your IBO support as well as a provider search so you can pull up providers in your area or all over the United States. There is a lot of information there for your taking. Call customer service and ask your questions. I have been an IBO for over a year now and aside from all that is said here about Ameriplan USA, I have never experienced the problems that some of these folks have. I have always been treated with respect and gotten the answers that I need (even if I had to hunt for them). You don't get if you don't ask! I keep going until I find what I need.

Joseph, I saw what Ameriplan USA was and what it is and grasped the vision. When I couldn't get what I needed, I found what I needed. If your sponsor is not helping you, find someone that will. Go to those training calls and team calls (even if it not your team). Chances are your sponsor will drop out. It won't hurt your business if this happens.

I was not one of those that it all came easy to. I had to persist and my story is one of persistance and it is paying off. I just refused to give up.

It truly isn't Ameriplan USA that is the problem; it is your sponsor.

Hope I gave you a ray of light. Don't give up on your business. You may have to give up on our sponsor though.

And if you don't like the answers you get from customer care, call back and speak with someone else.

Good luck, Joseph!

IN & OUT to SOON to even give it a CHANCE!!!

Joseph,

Hello, I'm an IBO for this company. I noticed that you had just signed up on Friday June 9, 2006 with this company {according to your recent posting}

Usually your sponsor will wait for you to recieve your broker package. It takes about a week to go through the mail for you to recieve the materials.

As you know this is a home business. And with that being said your sponsor was probably out doing business and probably trying to help other's that need this service.

My point is your sponsor will help you. Just give it some time. They could also be spending time with their families. IT IS THE WEEKEND. Alot of people don't like to be bothered on the weekends because that is FAMILY TIME..

Also, you wanted to start a home business. The one time $95.00 {start up cost} gets you the supplies you need to do the business, and to get you to the next pay level {R.S.D.}

The $35.00 keeps your websites running. One site is to keep track of your business. One is for training. The other's are for you to give to your long distant customers. So you don't have to drive 100 to 1,000 miles from your home to provide them with facts about our services. The customer can look it up in a matter of minutes. That is why you pay $35.00 every month. Without these websites you would have to drive all over town wasting gas to do business.

NOW TELL ME WHICH IS BETTER. Either paying $35.00 a month to keep your business and websites going. Or NOT paying $35.00 a month, and to do your business you would have to drive everywhere to present your business and to charge up your gas bill for your vehicle to an average of $450.00 to $600.00 a month.

ME personally I'd pick the $35.00 a month and save on gas money...

I'm not going to try to convince you to rejoin the company... We are independent business owner's MARKETING the plans. Which means your business is your business. And BY YOU QUITING BEFORE YOU EVEN STARTED YOUR BUSINESS, YOU CAN ONLY BLAME YOUR SELF FOR FAILING!!!

People fail and people succeed, This is a real business that pays the one that works their business. It has nothing to do with paying some people here and not paying others there.

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS NOT A JOB, THIS IS A BUSINESS.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU, my last advice to you is DON'T INVEST IN A BUSINESS IF YOUR NOT WILLING TO WORK IT.

You signed up one day, then cancelled two days later, and you still have about a week more before you recieved your supplies. You didn't even give it a try.

P.S. It's a good thing you got out NOW, THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS FOR QUITERS, it's for the people that want to be successful. It's for the people that are NOT SCARED to build there business and to work it.
