My husband and I were considering investing in Ameripos until we came upon your website. Now we are not sure.

What I want to know is if so many people are having problems with this company why have none of you reported this to the Florida Better Business Bureau? That is the first place I checked and that would have stopped me dead in the water. But the better Business Bureau is giving them a shining report. Could it be that you are the competition and just want them to look bad?

I know others who have relied on the BBB for accurate reporting, but they have gotten into similar predictaments.

As a member of the BBB, it is their custom to contact any company with a WRITTEN letter telling about the complaint. However, if the offender (in this case, AmeriPOS) responds to them in a favorable manner, they consider it RESOLVED and there are no strikes against that company in their report. it is posted as a resolved issue (or something like that).

Since AmeriPOS is a member of BBB, it makes it very difficult for the BBB to speak ill of them when the BBB is getting funds from them for their annual membership.

I have personally been ripped off by AmeriPOS and have lost $18,980 plus USE TAX that I paid to the state. I have been able to write off the machines over time; however, that does not resolve the issue.
