This company cut off our access to all of our account information and stopped our automatic mortgage payments, forcing us into delinquency. Mailing in payments resulted in 3 plus weeks for checks to clear making sure that we stayed in a state of delinquency. Ulitimately letters of "Intent to Foreclose" began arriving.

Working with "Repayment Specialists" we would send in money that they claimed would bring account current, then within a few days we'd receive a phone call from another department claiming that we were 2, 4 or 8 months delinquent. Every amount that we would send in we would fall twice that amount behind. Explanations as to where it was they were applying our funds came in that "the money went to fees". We tried negotiating on our own for 9 months, with a professional mortgage arbitrator for 9 months and under his recommendation we retained an attorney to go after them for predatory and illegal activity.

They have succeeded in draining us financially, keeping us in a state of financial disaster and now they're intent on taking our home. This is extortion and corruption beyond belief and it is being totally ignored by government. We still are in a court battle, but their fees mount astronomically, not to mention the attorney fees that we are accrueing! Corrupt! Corrupt! Corrupt! And our government is bailing these theiving organizations out!!! Stop the world, I'd like to get off now!
