Complaint Review: Ameriquest AMC Mortgage

I refinanced with Ameriquest last May. Since than, my payments have been current. In March of this year, I fell into financial difficulty and was not able to make a payment. When I was able to make a payment in April, it was returned because it was considered a partial payment. They demanded payment for both months (April and March). Now May is approaching. Since I don't have three months (I only have 2 months) they are again not accepting my payment. In May my house will go into foreclosure and AMC has no options to help me. I have tried and exhausted all of my resources. The only option they had to offer me was to go to Cash America and take a payday advance loan...the nerve! If AMC calls you...RUN!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!!! Pray for me and my children. We may be in a homeless shelter in a month if I don't find assistance.
