AMC has done numerous things as outlined,

Unfair and illegal collection practices. ( we own a debt relief company and have seen them time and time again attempt to abuse our clients in direct violation of FTC fair trade collection rules).
Calling before 9 in the morning is the biggest one. Harrarssment as well.
The compnay uses false reporting methods to the credit bureaus regulary.

The President of the company is aself made billionaire immigrant who is one of the largest supports of the Bush Party. He in addition was one of the biggest fund raisers for the Bush election.
