Complaint Review: AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE

To Whom it may concern, I Went to the Ameriquest here in Fresno, CA. On Shaw.ave Because I had a problem arise, and I needed some money to deal with the problem. I look over the contract and showed it to some friend's every body said dump it the numbers werent consisent, but when one of those loan rep explained it to you it all sounded welland good.

They weren't going to take no for an answer. Sso I had seven days to cancel. I went to their building to do so, they wouldn't let me. I took my mom in the next day she don't want your loan what does she need to do to cancel job done.

So then I signed up with the lending tree when they ran that special if you close with one of their financing, you get a $5000.00 gift card with home depot. Needless to say I never received. But the only financing company that got back with me was Town & Country it's A subsidurary, for Ameriquest Mortgage Co.

I talked awhile with this loan rep. you see I should have realized I was being back doored but I didn't. AMERIQUST must had told town and country not to send no contract to review because I talked with that rep he knew I wasn't going to have time to read the contract before the seven days when this david accero called me I asked if there were affilated with ameriquest he said no .

So this notary republic comes to my house at 10:00 PM. At night I should have told her to f-off but for one reason or anther I hadn't I tried to read the contrat but my kid were hungry and tried and they were fighting.

Of course the notary complimented my kids and told them
what a good job they where doing for because a good job would have been to let me read the contract. So I signed it with out getting a contract mailed to me ahead of time. Then I was told on the phone right before I signed the contrat was a fifteen, 15 year loan at a 6.3 intrest rate the day the notary came sep 9 2004 or sep 11,2005 ameriquest filed a grant deed or a deed of trust that day or the next day before it was even a loan and by the way the 30 days they say you get off from paying on your mortgage I never got. Plus the loan I got was a 2 year adjustable rate it start 8.3 and after 2 year's the interst rate goes up every 6 months until it hits 12.6.

They didn't pay washington mutual bank off until dec 29 2004 by then I didn't want the loan or need they mess up in the paper work deed of trust. I had already gotten a letter from town & country saying my loan was denial but not until august 21, 2004 and in one part of the contract it say's that town and country sold the loan to ameriquest on sep 9, 2004.

How chould they sell a loan if I hadn't received it yet and then futher on down it goes on to say town & country is ameriquest. How can you do both? They also put my phone on a computer caller to call my phone every half hour. I saved my message on my phone message. It drove up a wall to where I couldn't even answer my phone. All because they need a paper and sent back to signed and sent back to them they treaten to foreclose on my house.

I had to pay all the late fees on the credit cards. I also had to pay ameriquest a mortgage from sep until today wcich is april,14,2005. I also had to pay WASHINGTON MUTAL until dec 29 2004 so I had to pay double mortgages four months.

Theres lot more I can't sit down long enough to put it all in. Oh yes plus ameriquest chagre me late fees on all those months they racked up on me and even if my payment not late they still charge me late fees. I would like to know how these loan rep sleep at night.

I tried to kill my self because of these people treat dogs better than this. I've sold every thing of value cashed in my kids collage funds where broke know and I am sure ameriquest will find more way to make up none existing late fee until we lose are house.
