I was contacted by Ameriquest better known now as AMC Mortgage Services they claim to be honest and had my best intrest at heart what a "joke".They sent out a appraiser that raised the value of my home.I asked the loan officer about it he told me not to worry that the appraiser had knowledge of the value of homes.he told me that I did not know how much house that I had
and that is why he was helping me wrong the took advantage of me.Now I am paying with my life can hardly keep up I may lose my home.
