Working at argent mortgage company is comparable to hell. They make you work like animals for little pay and threaten and yell at you all day. The woman in charge there is one of the most angry frustrated and horrible people on earth. Dawn Cevarino is a slave driver. So is the manager of appraisal review who lies on appraisals john oconner. Also most of the other managers are afraid of Dawn alot of them have been forced into sex with her out of fear they will lose their jobs.

One day the federal government is going to find out about the lending practices at this company and the whole place is going to be shut down and a lot of people lose their jobs. They constantly cheat people out of their paychecks always come short and when you ask why they say your work is no good and you didn't deserve to be paid in the first place.

I'm not quite sure what your position is, that you say "little pay and you work like dogs".

We all work hard .... the company requires it. But, come on -- Acct. Mgrs make in excess of $45K/year plus they get paid on a sliding scale for loans closed. Most of the AMs are under 30 and have no college and little experience in the industry. My check has never been cheated.

I wish John O'Connor was as easy on appraisals as you seem to feel he is -- I would've made an extra $100K last year with all the values he or his team of appraisers cut.
