Complaint Review: Ameriquest Mortgage Company

I am an ex employee of Ameriquest, and was forced into making loans that were in my oppinion illegal. The management doesn't care about it's employees nor it's customers. Management would have 2 to 4 meetings a day, and tell us if we didn't get 15 loans closed that we would get fired.

They told us to do whatever it takes to get a loan, and by that they ment anything! They overworked us, and beat our heads in with loans, loans, loans or no job. They made me over appraiss, over state the poor lender's incomes, and falsify documents in order to get a loan, and keep my job. The poor lenders were also hurt by the lies we had to tell them, and the overcharges that they didn't expect. Yes the money was good but at a very bad expense. I never was yelled at like management did in my life. employees and borrowers please be aware.

You will get ripped off. When are the State authorities gonna step in, and put a stop to the illegal practices that Ameriquests does? I make much less in pay now, but at least I can sleep better at night knowing that I am not doing anything wrong anymore. Thank You.
