I am unfortunately a Ameriquest employee. I have been on paid suspension with the company for far too long. I was treated unfairly and targeted because of what I know about my office. I decided that I could no longer take the s**t that Ameriquest was dishing out and saw far too many of our borrower's get screwed over left and right that it all just became too much for me.

Dealing with the verbal abuse, the long hellious hours, being told things that you honestly wish you never knew, watching your fellow employees getting trampled on like they were some piece of dogs**t on the road, and the illegal activities that happened in my office that actually had absolutely nothing to do with mortgages.

All of this leading me to have a complete and total breakdown. I wasn't even fuctioning properly by the time I was suspended. And I still can't seem to escape the nightmare that is Ameriquest. I still feel that same familiar pain in the pit of my stomach whenever I think about it. This is a horrible company that I had the unfortunate mistake of working for. I have never seen anything like this enviroment that Ameriquest actually promotes for their offices. They hire incompetenet managers, who than hire incompetent account executives-oh sorry I think they call them mortgage specialist now, but who is smart enough to do all the dirty deeds of the company. Not MaryJoe she wouldn't want to get her hands dirty, not Mike Murphy neither. It's the processor. They leave it all on your back and just tell you close it.

Most of the employees of Ameriquest are not even smart enough to commit fraud they are all being guided by a higher figure in the office. Their area managers, their branch managers, and even there regional managers. It's disgusting and sick what they do to the people who go to them for help with their financial well being. Ameriquest does not help you they only bend you over and screw you. I can not inerate this enough to anyone who might possibly read this. Ameriquest is not a company to be trusted unless you yourself are shady in character and know how a criminals mind works than you may have a fighting chance against the beast.

There are several employees, and ex- employees who do have plenty of evidence and we/they have reported it. Why do you think AMC is being investigated by 25 states Atty Generals, why has AMC recently settled class actions in 5 different states each for 50 million plus, and there are many many more out there.

It is not a case of being afraid of anything. It is a matter of letting things run their course. Ameriquest does not have enough money to pay off everyone they have wronged.

Their CEO of only 1 year just resigned/or was forced out...as their scape goat. The CEO is gone now, so "AMC is giving the appearance of resolving things" The ugly evil tactics ameriquest practices have been going on for a long time, way before Wayne Lee (CEO) was in charge. There is a lot of bad publicity going on now too. They're making headlines.
The Ameriquest "ship" is starting to sink. The AMC monster did not develop over night, things take time.

I'm so sick of the current or former employees talking trash about a company WE ALL know is rotten, you don't need to tell us. If you are sick of them like we are, then HELP US TAKE THEM DOWN! What are you afraid of??? Report them, get evidence, anything you can to stop this company from taking people's homes.

I USED to be a customer of Ameriquest's, but I was lucky and was able to get out. I know there are more like me, and even more who have lost their homes to Ameriquest. There are lawsuits popping up all over the country, but it's still not stopping them. The employees who know they are doing something wrong are the ones who will take them down. DO SOMETHING!

I Think Mary Jo Shelton has lots of dirt on her hands, She had My file on April 12, 2005, and still here we are suffering every day! every day! every day! over 9 months later, we still cant live in our house because of her, I know this for a fact.

When Mary Jo Shelton had My file April 12, 2005 she had to of seen the forged documents, two HUDS, with different pay outs, and My Tower Hill insurance quote, that's is still in my file that was never paid as promised.

How long will it take us to recover from Hurricane damages from last year?

WE WANT TO GO HOME!!!!!!

How many American Family and their children have to be HOMELESS because of Ameriquest?
