Ameriquest Mortgage - Fraud, Forgery Orange California
This company has got to be the bottom of the mortgage barrell. They committed forgery to put our loan through. We would not have know this if we hadn't asked for a copy of our file. They actually sent us the forged HUD-1's - which indicated they were paying off all of out debt.
This was the only way the loan could go through because without paying off our debt, the debt to income ratio would have been too high. I am seeking to speak with others who have experienced the same or similar issues. How do I not pay them one more dime until I file a law suit against them?

Hello my friend. I had a similar situation happen to me. Ameriquest forged our loan application. Once you file a lawsuit they cannot proceed with any type of foreclosure proceedings.. PERIOD!!!!!
These slease bags forged our loan application so bad and now they are trying to explain to our attorney how certain information got on the application. For example, my wife and and I filled out the application using a ball point pen. Well after requesting a copy of our original loan application. We were shocked to find it had been typed and they fixed incomes and appraisels to get the laon through. You see there is a law that says a mortgage company cannot give a loan to a person they know can't repay the same. There is also a law against forgery. Your welcome to emai me at not2sure1@yahoo.com.
