Complaint Review: Ameriquest Mortgage

Ameriquest mortgage said they could save me some money on my mortgage. We were supposed to close in 7 days with a lower interest rate & payments. Then they kept delaying everything, saying I had to do some things to the house before the underwriters would approve it. Then they would not give me a straight answer as to how much interest was to be. They delayed the loan several times and kept changing the interest rate. And finally when the closer came to my home, they had changed it again without any notice. They were supposed to pay off some debts and they even cut most of that out. They over appraised my home. By the time they were ready to close, I had no choice but sign a mortgage that I could not afford. By refinancing I went from 8.99% to 11.99%. My payment went from 383 monthly to 674 per month. Now they are trying to foreclose.
