How Ameriquest could get away by lying to customers, sending documents that is not true, basically forcifying documents, screwing up credit, and selling our house.

To make a long story short, in April 2004, I was notify by Letter from Ameriquest, they stated we were three months behind in payments. When I called the team leader, I was told I was $11,900.00 behind in payments, including late charges. My mortage was $3223.86 monthly. I made three payments in the month of April, 2payments by Western Union plus 1 cheque#1541.

I was told by a representative by the name of Harold Thomas that my cheque did not clear. And I needed to make up that payment, and make another payment in the month of May 2004, to put us on a special plan. Which I did not understand because I was caught upto zero.

May 29th 2004, Bank of America notified me that the cheque was cleared. Of course Ameriquest Mortgage denide this.

In June 2004, we made another payment, July 2004 another payment was made. all by Western Union.

There was also another payment taken out of my checking account for $4223.86. Ameriquest also stated this was not taken out, and we have bank statement and cancelled cheque to prove this.

Due to all the running I had to do in my Big Rig, I had a massive heart attack in the month of July 2004, due to stress, harrassment.

I tried to refinance September 2004, because of the prepayment was over, they stated to my broker (Robert Braken) that I had three 120days late payment, on my credit. I never even went 120days once in our payment.

This is when all the false information came back from Ameriquest about how much money was owed to them, to the point of selling my house at a Public Auction which happened 02nd May 2005.

All the other details can be discussed when we speak.
