Ameriquest Over Appraised My Home ripoff Los Angeles California
I see there are a lot of reports of homes being over appraised. I live in upstate NY and they over valued my home by $60,000. They also "arranged" for a second mortgage with another company at the same time. I was desperate so I agreed. The interest rate was very high. When I lost my job and could not make the high payments they would not reduce the interest rate. I decided to sell my home. When the real estate appraised it for only $189,000 I was shocked. We could not sell it and they foreclosed.
Is there any one else in New York state who was ripped off?

BOB, SORRY FOR THE HELL THEY PUT YOU THROUGH. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO OTHERS IS YOU NAMED HE OTHER BANK THE 2ND MTG WENT THROUGH. THIS WILL ALERT OTHERS TO THE NAME AND PUT THEM IN THIER PLACE.
YOU SHOULD BE ALBE TO START THE PROCESS IN ABOUT 1 YR FOR THE FILE DATE OF THE FORECLOSURE.
