Complaint Review: Ameriquest

This company is a nightmare. I was offered a job here in November after my parents refinanced with them. I had been looking for a new opportunity as I just moved up to MA from Florida. My parents thought they were a great company and the guy I talked to just spoke about all this money he makes and blah blah blah. Well while I was in training two weeks into my "career" at Ameriquest I was in CT for their corporate training class and I was sent home. Told to report to my office. I get there and have an envelope that tells me of my release and severance agreement...I hadn't even worked in the office one day as of then!

now my parents have to refinance out of their arm loan, which they can't because amq's appraiser said their house was 100k more than what it's worth, and are stuck in a arm loan that changes every 6 months. What a horrible company. this place ruined thousands of lives!
