Complaint Review: Ameriquest

I have had my home loa with Ameriqest for 2 years now. THey have done nothing other than ripp me off. I went from owing $45,000.00 on my loan to $97,000.00. They lied about my interestrate as well as my prepayment penalty. They have miss applied my payments, and very conviently forced there isurance for on home vcostingme $1871.00 a year fr home owners insuance.

I am desperate to hear from an atty. who perhaps can help me. I have recently refinaced with a local ban here in Ohio who is wonderful. The bank says Ameriquest has done everything to hold up my refinance and also says they prey on people like m with so much equity i a prperty. Ameriquest is holdig onto a check of mine for $3000.00 from an insurance claim, and they refuse torelease it to me.

It is for property damage on my home. the prepayment penalty is outragous they have charged me. In calling Ameriquest to discuss this , they are arrogan and rude and virtuly do not care. If some one can help me please let me know!!
