DEAR FRIENDS,
On the Case Law, Ameriquest did not test the court on the pre-payment amount, it was about paying the attorney fees for Mr Turner on the appeal. And the court was favorable to both parties, paying their own fees.
This was not a defeat for Ameriquest, this was pocket change for them. When one post Case Law, they should read all of it, and they would have seen the out come.
