Ameriquest Ripoff predatory lending Eastlake Ohio
Hope the following can be of some help to someone.
Have filed, pro se, civil rico action in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, Cleveland, case number 4:04-cv-0527 naming ameriquest, a title company, appraiser, mortgage broker and manager (so far).
It may point someone to the law that would apply to them and their situation. so far the best document to look at is the first amended complaint, document #4 filed 4-6-2004.

I would like to join your suit against this horrible company. They inflated my appraisal by about $23,000 in order to get the loan. That was 2 years ago. We tried to refinance a week ago after putting nearly $10,000 into the kitchen and bath and cannot get an appraiser to appraise for more than $86,000. They have us locked into a high interest prison with them. PLEASE....IF YOU CAN OFFER ANY SUGGESTION....

I would like to join your suit against this horrible company. They inflated my appraisal by about $23,000 in order to get the loan. That was 2 years ago.
