Complaint:
Lied about Costs Of Fee's and Closing cost. In order to get me to drop, Lowest Mortgage Application. They called Me and dropped their Fess and closing cost More than 2500 dollars. Les than advertised. I made him send it to me in writing. He emailed me it. I Called him Back and Gave him complete information He Needed. He said he had to have 395 dollars to Lock and Guarantee Rate
and Fee's and closing cost and aparsel. I said Ill call him right back with. Called him Back in 15 min. Gave hi credit card information . He said he said he posses the Application and Email copy to sign. Next day he needs credit card it was denied. I no way the Card is good . He say give him the information again so he could run card again. A day or two Later he sends some papers two sign.

Interest rate went up all fees and closing cost were what the advertise that i turn them down on.
And in the papers that he want sign is one said 395 is non refundable. And before i Paid i ask if
refundable he said yes.. I said i am going to shop around first. If you do that you lose rate and cost. Which had went up more 6,000.00 . I hung up and check rate and the feds raised it.

So I call and ask for his boss And spoke to John , he would not stand by the first offer. So i said
would he grantee cost and rate would not raise again. He said yes. So i had a choice of f continue
their 10,000.00 or rate increase an 15,000.00. so i went ahead with loan. Problems with docs wrong address. The were told twice. Had to sign a Correction doc. And pay 50 for notary. Before they would close. Title Co. was told before docs were done. Two. They were pay to pay
off two credit cards. Only one on docs pay offs. Rate at end was What agreed but their was over 1,000.more in fees and closing costs.

Another thing what they advertise fees and closing cost cover and what the doc,s they have you sign . Are total difference. And they ones they it does not cover ads more than 1,000 dollars more to loan.. I am going to send a copy of this to

I can back all I say, with EMails and conversation I recorded. Docs This is the Facts. SCAM FOR SURE. ANY QUESTIONS EMAIL ME

Well its' obvious this homeowner doesn't have a clue. Amerisave gives borrowers a choice of closings cost, and rates to choose from!! Everytime time you CHANGE THE RATE,and LOAN PROGRAM, FOR A BETTER RATE IT COST MORE MONEY TO BUY IT DOWN!!! Hello McFLY!!! THAT'S NOT THE LENDERS FAULT THEY ARE NOT RIPPING YOU OFF !!! You can't keep changing your mind in middle of process. Oh I want this rate, and lower fee's now!! You can't do that without having your loan change!!! Everybody pay's for an appraisal ,AND YES OF COURSE IT SHOWED UP ON THE GOODFAITH AGAIN AT SIGNING.... IT SUPPOSE TOO!!! EXCEPT THIS TIME IT STATED PAID POC BOX WAS CHECKED NEXT TO IT. " WHICH MEANS PREPAID BY BORROWER" OR APPRAISAL PAIDlenders are required to show all fee's even prepaid on final HUD!!! Hello mcfly learn to how to read the goodfaith .. before you go mouthing off about it. your just the borrower from hell I would cancel you loan the first dayI talk to you . YOU STARTED TO COMPLAIN FROM THE BEGINNING.. That first sign not deal borrower that going to complain about everything at the start of the loan. Go to LOWER MY BILLS.COM NEXT TIME,then you will really see how bad it is out there.
