Amerisep ripoff, runaround, refuses to honor refund timeline, no customer service, puts you off, Snellville Georgia
I have recently had dealings with Amerisep and their wonderful spokes person, Sharon. Sharon seems to be the front person for the company, she screens the calls and only provides you with short answers to attempt to discourage you from calling back. I have been calling Amerisep since the middle of October regarding my refund. At first Sharon kept telling me it takes eight weeks to process the refunds and Jack was the only one who could accomplish that and he was always either out to lunch or hadn't arrived yet. Once I called at 3pm and asked to speak to Jack and she told me he was out and she didn't think he would be coming back for the day. So of course I started the process over the next day.
Amerisep leads you to believe that this will be a simple refund process if you are not satisfied with their product. I tried it and it didn't work, I sent them all the required documentation once I had a 5800 drain field put in, and they received it all in the required timeframe. Here I am almost 13 weeks later with no refund and I still have not had a return phone call from "Jack". Now Sharon is telling me that he won't be back til the 3rd of January but she doesn't know his hours, so she can't tell me when to call. All I wanted in the begining is my 404.00 back. Now, I want my refund and I want Amerisep out of business because all they do is take advantage of innocent consumers like you and me who are trying to save a few dollars.
