I was contacted by ameritrust Financial and told I qualified for a credit card to rebuild my credit, guranteeing a fixed rate of 8.5%.The gave me a confirmation number to use when calling in.

They took my information over the phone and said my card would be delivered in 7-14 days. After receiving my card, I would also receive $250.00 in certificates for sigining and I could deposit them in to my account, or use them to pay towards my card.

I saw the money was taken out of my account, and called them after a week to see where my card was. I couldn't get through on the "customer service" line, so I called the number which appeared on my phone.

I talked to a guy by the name of "Tony" who had a foreign accent whom I told of the recording always coming on and no respones from messages. He then gave me another extension and said, "...Miranda is here today. She will be able to assist you..." Low and behold, another message asking me to leave a message!!!

I still have not been able to contact anyone at this company. Now, both numbers automatically go to music playing and then ask you to leave a message.
