Like other people that have posted on this site about AmeriTrust, they asked for the $200. They asked for all my info and withdrew the money and the more I thought about it, it didn't feel right. So I googled AmeriTrust, and this site popped up. I asked them if this is a secured card, they said no and that the $200 would be refunded by vouchers. I'm trying to get my credit back on track so I was willing to go with it cause I likened it to a secured card and its not necessarily unusual for a credit card company to get your banking information. My gut said no, but I did it anyways.
Has anybody heard anything regarding getting money back or at least a lawsuit being pursued?
