Complaint Review: Ameritrustshop.com

I do NOT know who this company is. I never consented to their service nor sought it out. I remember getting a phone call about a similar service but told the caller I WAS NOT interested and declined the service. I have applied for a payday loan online, so I am assuming that this is how the company got my banking information. When I found the charges on my bank statement I visited the website and discovered that the website doesn't even recognize me. The company has charged me $200.00 and then I can't even gain access to the service that I paid for!!! I tried to phone the customer service department. I sat on hold for 36 minutes before the phone call was terminated on the company's end. I am furious that I can't even get a hold of someone to complain to and request that they destroy my information.
