accidentally ordered two pairs of shoes, rather than one pair from the company.  after order processed, website offered no way to make changes.  immediately sent email stating that i only wanted one pair, and also asking why a refund from a previous item that i had purchased and returned had not been processed as store credit. 

received email the next day that i would receive a store credit refund in a few days for the prior return (supposedly); however, changes in items ordered could not be processed at that time, that changes should be made by phone, and order had been sent out.  A prior email had indicated: 

If you have any questions about your order please contact us at support@amiclubwear.com or call us at (888)908-1288 Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST. This would indicate to me that email was an acceptable method to change orders.  In addition, I ordered the  shoes at 2 am, outside their normal business hours, and sent message immediately afterwards informing them that the order of two, rather than one pairs, had been a mistake.  

would be helpful to customers, less shady, if website had simply offered a way to make immediate changes to items that had not already been sent, and also if they had been more prompt about checking email and/ or simply stated that phone was the only way for changes to be processed, rather than misleading customers. anyway, thanks Amiclubwear.
