I PURCHASED FOUR PAIRS OF SHOES AND ACCESSORIES ON FRIDAY 12TH 2008. I HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT AND I NORMALLY USE MY VISA BUT THIS TIME IT WAS DIFFERENT I USED MY MASTERCARD WHEN IT ASKED ME TO ENTER MY PAYMENT METHOD I ENTER MY MASTERCARD INFORMATION. ON MONDAY MORNING I CHECKED MY VISA ACCOUNT AND I SEEN THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS NEGATIVE AND I HAD NSF. I REVIEWED MY TRANSACTIONS AND GUESS WHAT I SEEN?? A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY I WAS FURIOUS THEY CHARGED MY VISA WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I TRIED CALLING THEM THEY NEVER ANSWERED THERE PHONE IS ALWAYS OFF THE HOOK. I TRIED CALLING THEM ON TUESDAY I TALKED TO A SO CALL SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME OF DUKE. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON HE SOUNDED LOST HE DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK, WHICH HE DIDN'T SO I CALLED BACK WEDNESDAY I WAS TRANSFER TO HIM AGAIN HE SAID HE WAS WELLING TO CREDIT MY VISA FOR THE TOTAL SALE BUT WASN'T GOING TO PAY FOR ANY OF MY BANK FEE'S I WAS UPSET AND TOLD HIM HIS COMPANY NEEDED TO PAY FOR THOSE FEES BECAUSE I NEVER AUTHORIZE THAT TRANSACTION WITH MY VISA AND WHAT HE SAID WAS," ITS NOT MY FAULT YOU DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT". I COULDN'T BELIEVE HE HAD JUST SAID THAT TO ME. HE WAS RUDE HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEACK TO HIS MANAGER HE REFUSED. AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAD ALSO CHARGED MY MASTERCARD. I WAS FRUSTRATED I JUST WANT THEM TO CREDIT MY VISA AND PAY FOR ALL MY NSF. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!
