Complaint Review: AMI Resources Inc

 My Maryland lawyer has written to Ashanti Sankofa Inc formally known as AMI Resources Inc about using Vista Mining Corporation to fraudulently take over my large scale gold mining project from AG Marketing Company Ltd of Ghana, the and officials behind AMI/ Ashanti Sankofa Inc have not responded yet. The fraudulent activities perpetuated on AG Marketing Company Ltd gold project at Adumasa by Vista and AMI officials has been reported to Ghana Police Headquarters  in Accra, Ghana and the officials involved are no where to be found others have refused to honor the police investigator's invitation , two other complaints have been lodged with Canadian Royal Police and UK Action Fraud to apprehend those in Canada and UK. Their Ghana office telephone number which was posted on AMI / Ashanti Sankofa website;www.ashantisankofa.com does not work, they have used www.mininggroup.com and www.amiresources.com with vital information which exposes them of their illegal activities but has since been shutdown . If AMI/Ashanti Sankofa Inc is not trying to abscond then they should let me know their office location, and directors or resident director in Ghana as well as their Electronic postal address in Ghana in order for me to direct criminal and civil service to them as required by company's Act of Ghana. Since the crime is on going and Ashanti Sankofa Inc formally known as AMI Resources Inc is in the Stock exchange in Canada , prospective investors and individuals who have invested in the AMI/ Ashanti Sankofa shall fall victim to their purported gold project in Adumasa, North Ashanti, so many companies names have been used on the  same project just to hide from the fraudulent activities. What they have registered in Ghana a the moment to be in possession of the said gold project is Ashanti Sankofa Ltd with William Pettigrew who claim to have resigned from Ashanti Sankofo Inc name in it as director.How could Vista Mining Corporation formally known as AG Marketing Inc which was registered in Tennessee in 1994 to masquerade as AG Marketing Inc which was registered in Maryland in 1988 be able to take over my gold mining project in 1990 and be exploring for gold from that year. The truth is out but it is only in some parts of Africa that this can last that long .

I hope the individual involved in the fraudulent activities will come up with a storey of having procured judgement in the name of Vista Mining Corporation on the civil bench,since non of them including William Pettigrew has disowned Vista after committing fraud with it. Crime has no time bound and vitiate everything in Ghana. 

AMI Africa Exploration Ltd , Mr. Petigrew and Ilford and their Ghanaian lawyer who claim that they do not know Vista mining corporation or has dealt with the company before are in another commercial court in Accra  trying to claim compensation to the tune of $7 million US dollars from Ghana government.

The question is how did AMI Africa Explorartion Ltd or Norcan Mining coporation and the officers involved managed to get to the ADUMASA , PEMENASE AND BEPOSO concession ? these are towns on the concession which was granted to A .G Marketing Co. Ltd in 1989 . They keep on changing names of companies to achieve their aim and now another company they are using is AMI AFRICAN EXPLORATION LTD which they claim to be formally known as Norcan mining corporation which was registered in Canada. This assertion might be false and should be checked since they have made a statement in the law court in Ghana concerning the above mentioned claim against Ghana government.

WHEN WAS VISTA MINING CORPORATION REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF TENNESEE AND WHEN WAS THE ABOVE MENTION GOLD CONCESSION GRANTED TO A G MARKETING CO. LTD?

Interlocutory Judgement has been given in my favor against Vista Mining Corporation (which is a subsidiary of AMI Resources) in default of Appearance and Defense. AMI filed appearance but failed to enter appearance ,judgement will be taken against them as well  .  Their office  in Accra which is 17 Orphan Crescent on their website www.amiresources.com is trying to refuse court document/writ ,motion and hearing notices from court bailiffs. They are aware that any foreign company working in Ghana should have it company's name registered as an external company with its physical and postal addresses filed at the Registrar of Companies in Ghana .  Their Ghana office telephone number which is 0302 784124 rings but workers there are not picking calls for AMI and Vista any more ,THIS IS SERIOUS!
AMI and Vista want to put Newmont too in trouble.

Since the judgement was obtained by fraudulent misrepresentation in the High Court of Justice (Fast Track Division) in 2003 by Vista Mining Corporation which was represented by William Pettigrew who signed a Power of Attorney for the late Anold Atitso to represent Vista in court , AMI Resource Inc being aware of the fraud and assisted Vista and is now benefiting from the above mentioned Judgement by entering into a joint Venture agreement with Newmont Ghana Gold Ltd to work on the disputed gold concession and any other company or persons will not be left out .

The suit against Vista, AMI and Newmont is to set aside the said Judgement and claim damages against them . This is the Suit No. Misc 21/2012 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE (COMMERCIAL DIVISION ) Kumasi-Ashanti , Ghana. The press is following every aspect of the case at this time .

The subject of this post by John Simpson is false.  AMI has not committed any illegal acts in Ghana or elsewhere. Mr. Simpson started a legal suit in 1990 but this matter was ruled on by the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2003 and AMI currently has a judgement against Mr. Simpson. Criminal law suit has been filed by John Simpson's lawyers against AMI,Vista and Newmont . Appearance has not been filed by defendants yet , default judgement would be taken against the defendants by next week . The heat is on now.

I am ready to press criminal action against all the officials behind AMI AND VISTA Mining Corporation for their involvement of fraudulent acts against me for CRIME HAS NO TIME BOUND. I was dealing with A G Marketing Inc which was registered in Maryland , how did William Petergrew and Dustin Ilford got involved with a A G Marketing Inc which was registered in the state of Tennessee? Prospecting license are not transferable ,so how did another A G Marketing Inc got involved. I have asked my lawyers to investigate this matter in America . There is no supreme court judgement but high court judgement on the civil bench,  William Petergrew is not telling the truth ,he will hear from my group of lawyers from America and Ghana soon. Mr. Petergrew should be advised accordingly.

Tis accusation is completely without merit and we suspect it was posted by one John Simpson, a Ghanian against whom we have a judgement from the Supreme Court of Ghana awarding us damages.
