Item shipped was used and missing parts, took the thing to my local Sears Store to show the Store Manager what kind of JUNK is being sold by RIP OFF ARTIST on their Web Site.

Email adress for filing a complant is no good, phone number connects you to a place that sounds like a kitchen with pots & Pans banging arround in the background.

Put the item on my SEARS CARD, SEARS WAS NO HELP AT ALL!!!

Filed a complant with Sears Card was told not their problem, contact the seller.

STAY AWAY FROM SEARS ONLINE STORE & THIS VENDOR.
