Complaint Review: AMI Ventures Inc

 I ordered a Zoomer Dino for my Grandson, through the Walmart website, for Christmas. The order was placed on Nov 19, 2016. Upon opening the toy on Christmas, and charging per instructions, the toy would not work. (This toy was $103) I waited until after the new year to return the toy to Walmart because of long lines. Walmart told me the was sold my the but through another company and I would have to contact that company. They gave me a number to call. After trying for 3 days I finally was able to get someone to answer (who could barely speak English) who proceeded to tell me I had to return the toy in 15 days. I explained kit was a Christmas gift making that impossible. He said he would talk yo some one and e-mail me within a few weeks. I find this to be a scam.
