Amicola repair and service Owner is Randy Fosset at po box 672 This Co was called sept. 2009 and he came to our home to see if he could repair our stove . I wanted this done befor Thanksgiving due to having family over for dinner. He said that he could fix it but dawsonville, Georgia
Amicalola Repair was to repair my stove The owner Randy Fossett took our money to purchase parts and never returned to fix it and after numerous phone calls and messages he would not return any of them and he want return our money. I have contacted the BBB and he told them he returned the money which is not true . I have all of my documents to prove he was paid and letters that were sent to him including the copy that was sent to the BBB requesting he return our money. you have to wonder if he does this to all potential customers. I just want him to do the right thing by me. We have seen him and asked about the repairs and he said he would come over and fix it . This has been ongoing since september 2009 when he cashed our check, and it's now Feb. 2010 and there's nothing to show for anything except a stove that is still broken. I think everyone that maybe thinking of using him should know what he has done to us because they maybe the next one to be taken and it could be for more money than he took us for. If he's not going to provide the service he advertising then he should have to be made to quit advertising such services to the public.
