This is in responce to original post to the results of my attemps to correct a billing problem with amigo energy ! After several phone calls to amigo energy phone support and after being put on hold for almost 2 hours i did eventualy get a live person on the phone which was no easy task ! After being put off by the first customer support rep from amigo [WHICH TOLD ME SHE WOULD CAL BACK ] .I had another customer rep rom amigo look my contract up on thier records and she said the contract defaulted 1 month early , she said this was a mistake [ LOL ] then i asked her to give me the correct amount owed ,after being put back on hold for about 5 minutes she came back and said that my bill had been credited and then she told me what the correct amount would be ! In short companies which use this type of tactic should be reported . I had this sort of problem with another utiliy company by the name of [ FIRST CHOICE POWER ] ! They also use the same tactic to get money out of thier customers ! "ITS BAD TACTICS"-- REPORT IT WHEN YOU GET USED LIKE THIS ! GOOD LUCK
