I ordered a trial bottle of Akai Berry supplement for only $4.95 shipping and handling.
I received a confirmation e-mail and my account was debited for the $4.95. However, 15 days after the first debit my account was debited for $79.96!!
I did not re-order, there was no continuing supply to cancel, in fact there was no phone number or address for further correspondence.
Today is a holiday and the amount of the debit is showing as "pending". I will try to cancel the transaction with my bank as soon as they open tomorrow. In any case I will definitely cancel my debit card and order a new one immediately!
This is the first time I have been scammed! I will be more careful in the future.
Do not order anything from these people! After reading the reports on this web-site I see I am not alone. This particular scam has occurred nationwide! It doesn't look like anyone gets their money back either.

I also have been charged for Acai berry and colon cleanse products. I returned the acai berry within the 14 days and was still charged $87.13. I never received the trial of the colon cleanse but was charged for the trial offer and then the full $87.13 for that product as well. Even though they charged separately and the return address went to two separate states, when you call their numbers that appear on the charges, both are answered by FWM Laboratories. I have called numerous times and keep getting told they will send a message to the refund departments. This has been going on now for months. I want my money back.
I have filed complaints with the FTC Bureau of Consumers.
