Amir Cann never turned over the website, and supplied Richard Goddeau with unfinished product, an unfinished website, claiming that it was a developer edition of the PHP script, and anyone knows that you don't supply a business with unfinished products to someone for money. He lied about developing TMS in the first place, lied about spending $100,000.00 in development fees, lied about how much the business was worth, and the size of the existing client list he had, and much more.
