Be very careful to enter into any agreement with Amir. I live up north and contacted him about a property he had for rent on his website. Upon entering the rental, it was found to be inhabitable. The stove and refrigerator and A/C unit were missing. Windows were broken and several electrical wires were exposed in the kitchen area. He refused to fix and used racists comments when approached about these concerns.
