I ordered a 4.99 30-day trial. I didn't realize I would be enrolled with several companies for a monthly delivery or product. (If that fact was noted, it must have been quite obscure). After I saw the 79.96 charge (only 2 weeks after the 4.99 charge, not 30 days) I called the company. They said they could cancel the going-forward charges, and I would have to speak with a supervisor about a refund. I was hung up on in the 'transfer' process.
