I signed up for this insurance when my Cobra ran out and Blue Cross issued a Rider because I had crushed my elbow. Since signing up in 2009, every claim has been denied except 3 ($40) doctor visit. I broke my ankle and the denied each claim because I had an xray, a dr. visit and an MRI in one day.They said I have to space it out so all was denied.Each time I fight it, they require my proof of continued coverage to be faxed to them. They have dropped calls everytime I have ever called, claiming phone issues. The customer service people are rude and ignorant. After you argue with them 5 or 7 times, they give you another claims number who you still fight with. They advise that if you cancel their service, no past services will be paid because you are not their customer. Lose lose situation. $300 premium per month for 3 years to have 120 paid to doctors and everything else denied. Rip off central!
