Amoma has a terrible, terrible customer service, whenever you call, either morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays or weekends, spect to be on hold for at least 45 minutes. I have called numerous times to make a cancellation and even if I wait 45 mins plus, they hang up the call.
I finally got thru one time after 10 times of trying and I was told they would cancel my hotel reservations and assured me they would send me cancellation notification via email and it never happened!! I am still waiting for a refund after four months of trying to get a very well deserved refund on my hotel  reservation.
