 I Canceled my account in Mid February, on the 26th, i was charged 58.75, over-drafting my account. I realize people make mistakes, and called to have it refunded on the 27th. They stated that the coffee had been shipped out, and when i received it on Thursday (which is stated on the tracking information), i could reject the shipment and when they received it, my account would be canceled and my money refunded. i did not receive the coffee. They refuse to either refund my money or send a new shipment to me of coffee. They are doing an "investigation" which  according to their supervisers concludes of looking at the tracking information and taking no further action. They were rude, and stated that i must be lying because of the tracking info.
