Complaint Review: Amore Party Shop

I purchased a sticker book for my children on September 6th. The book still hasn’t shown up. The only tracking info I can find is that the carrier picked up the package on Sept 20 (2 weeks after I placed the Amazon order). When I did a little more investigating into this seller, I discovered they only have a 52% positive seller rating on Amazon. Interestingly, all of the 1 and 2 star reviews have been crossed out by Amazon with the message, "The fulfillment issues associated with this order were not due to the seller.”

All of the complaints have the same theme- package was simply never delivered. I was fortunate enough to only spend around $5 for a book I will never receive and Amazon will probably refund me, but it’s still been a hassle. From now on, I will more thoroughly check out a seller’s profile before making a purchase.
