Do not waste your time interviewing or accepting an offer to work for Amovius. You will be underpaid, under valued, possibly yelled at for something management caused, and doubled billed.

The ethics from the Amovius owners are extremely shady. The entire company is staffed with entry or junior developers and passed off to clients as senior developers and subject matter experts. The developers are billed on multiple clients at the same time while each client thinks he is getting a certain developer for 40 hours exclusively. Nope! Most developers could charge at least 80 hours per week but do not. The client is the one getting screwed and over billed! The developers all know this and either get yelled at or get an explanation on how this is where the company makes profit when someone questions this tactic. Very unethical!

The sales team always says 'yes' to the clients even when they do not have any expertise on staff to successfully complete the project. The clients eventually figured this out as there is not much retention once a project has completed or miserably failed.

Racism is a big question mark as a few non-white employees were terminated at Amovius. This also occurred when the company was called 4T Technologies as mentioned on this website as well.

I'll back up almost everything this article says. To be fair though, which is more than they probably deserve, the part that is a question isn't true.

 The non-white individuals that were fired kind of deserved it. Yes they were fired at the same time. Yes, they claimed it was racist. It really wasn't. They had (from my viewpoint) absolutely acted in ways and performed actions that should have gotten them fired long before they were.
