Amp Cellular canceled a service on my account because they thought they made a mistake on their advertising after I already agreed to a contract with them based on agreed services. They then canceled the service and continued placing excessive charges on my account.

Every time I tried calling their customer service line I would have to wait on hold for a very long time, only to hear from very rude, devious, and condescending customer service representatives.

They lied in their advertising, revoked my services, and then charged me a great deal to just cancel their service. 

There are better options for using a phone when traveling in Israel, just try to stay away from this one.

Josh, first allow me to apologize for the terrible inconvenience and experience you have described in your complaint. I can assure you that Amp Cellular prides itself on its dedicated customer support, and there must have been some mistake or misunderstanding.

Reading your complaint, it is difficult for me to determine what service was canceled from your account, the dates you had service from Amp Cellular, which advertisement you responded to, or the customer service representatives that mistreated you.
