There was an error made by Ampco System Parking Attendant on July 31, 2008 at 09:28-a MT.

I have been parking in this lot for about 3 months now and with no problems encountered of any kind. I had been parking in slots 31 and 32 paying with quarters, then as the weather got warmer I switched to parking in slots # 12 and #13 because there are trees there that shade my truck. For the past couple of weeks I have been using dollar bills to park with instead of quarters. Every day I put in $2 to park in this lot with the exception of Rockies games in which the rate has been generally $5.

My process is that I park the car by picking my slot - I go to the slot and insert the $$dollar bills into the number I am parking in. As you may or may not know dollar bills are sometimes a "tight-fit" into the tiny slots whereas quarters probably more easily enter this same area falling into the correct slot.

On the date in question the parking attendant made an error in printing this ticket against my truck. I paid $2 to park in slot #13, I don't think I should have to pay twice for parking in the same slot on the same day.

I am disputing this ticket as I feel what Ampco Parking is reporting is wrong. Ampco attendant made an error in reporting or identifying the correct parking slot and I don't think I should be penalized.

I am hoping that Ampco take time now to correct this error.
