This company advertises camera and electronic items at very competitive prices. But they will not sell them unless you give in to high pressure sales tactics to buy expensive options.

If you decline, they do not process the order. If you call to find out the delivery schedule, you get a story about the item being "in stock" but in some foreign warehouse, so you have to wait 4-7 weeks for the boat. They advertised "in stock" and "immediate availability" in the internet listings and ads, however. Then they try to sell you another "better" model for $100 more, and promise they can ship it out today.

If you decline that offer, they get rude and hang up. Upon recall, they think they can bully the consumer by threatening to charge cancellation fees on the credit card.

These people are maddening. How they could have ever gone this far without being called into question regarding this behavior is a mystery. The internet merchant review sites (for me found too late) are full of similar and much worse stories. There are nearly no satisfied customers apparently. And interestingly, a few internet merchant review sites give them a high rating, even though the reviews detail one aggravated problem after the next and have no positive reports. And they get "4 stars"???? What's up with that?
