Complaint Review: Amphotoworld.com

i ordered a digital camera through internet on saturday for $304. on monday, i called to verify my order, the price was $349. the guy name nick was trying to sell me stuffs that i didn't want. like battery, straps, and cases etc... nick said "why do you want the 3-4 hundred dollar camera that doesn't have long lasting battery. it only runs 15 min.". however, i told him that i want exatcly what i saw through internet, for $304. nick said "those are the import that doesn't come with warranty and shipping is not insured". so i told him to cancel the order because i can get the same camera with shipping and handling included for under $320. however, they charged me cancellation fee, which i had no idea, and label fee. the total came out $56 dollar. this all happened on monday morning about less than 30 minutes.
