Complaint Review: Amr Gawad

I completely deny and reject the contents of this report. It is unclear as to who wrote it or why they attempt to cloud my name on this web site. I complained to Ripoff Report, but they would not remove or provide any information on whomever made this report for the following reason:

"Please note that Ripoff Report merely provides a forum for speech.  Posts on the site are created by third parties, not by Ripoff Report, and under United States law, Ripoff Report is not required to “fact-check” the millions of comments posted on the site by users.  Indeed, doing so would simply be impossible. Further, under United States law, Ripoff Report is not liable for the accuracy of third party speech.  Instead, the author(s) of such comments are solely responsible for their words. For these reasons, Ripoff Report does not remove material upon request simply because one party claims that something in a report is untrue.  Removing material in that situation would require Ripoff Report to decide which party is telling the truth and which one is lying." 

"Ripoff Report is unable to make judgment calls such as this.  Instead, both sides are allowed to explain their view of the facts and anyone reading the page can make his or her own decision about who to believe."

As a result, this report should NOT be taken with any level of seriousness, especially it came from someone who has no courage to state his name or his company. This site made it so easy and free for anyone who gets mad or upset about others to post a false / frivolous report without any reliable references, foundation or merits. 

For those who wish to conduct due diligence on me or many other professionals like myself, I encourage them to look for more reliable and verifiable sources rather than an open and unverifiable "forum" such as this site.
