Complaint Review: AMR LD Service

A charge for $61.02 appeared on my card today from AMR LD Service. It is a Government IMPAC card. I bought some computer supplies from TIGER DIRECT and somehow ended up with this charge on my acount. I contacted some one at 1-888-295-7130 who was from Amerifone? They advised they would not charge my card and had cancelled the charges and given me a credit. I even received an e-mail stating they had credited my credit card. The charges appeared again and it took me 4 days to contact a human. All I have read clearly shows deception and the company hoping people do not check their credit card statement. They need to be shut down and sent to jail along with the "Legitimate Companies" that allow them to use their web sites as a portal for fraud. Isn't their some sort of wire fraud charge for this?
