Complaint Review: AMR LD Service Plan

I noticed a charge on my account that I was sure I did not authorize. There was no phone # given to call the company to verify.The Charge was & 48.79 To AMR LD Service Plan. The Charges were made May 19th and June 19th !!! I called the Credit Card Company got the # and called AMR LD Service they told me they had no record of me or my husband and their hands were tied on taking care of the charge if I would not send them a credit statement. I am a member and an associate for a Professional Legal Services so I quickly called my attorney and she advised me not to send them any information that she would handle it. I did fill out a dispute with the Credit Card Company. Ethel Tellico Plains, Tennessee
