Complaint Review: AMR LD SERVICE

I, too, found an anuthorized charge on my credit card for the amount of $48.79 (posted on 5/20 and 5/29). Who are these people?! I tried calling them and got the answering machine which told me they'd call me back. Yeah, right. I then called my credit card company to file a dispute. What can be done so that they don't try to rip off other people? Nancy Baltimore, Maryland
