I found out on May 18th, that I had been billed for this 48.79 on May 13th, found the phone number, 888-295-7130, on my bank statement, called them, talked to a Ryan there, he said I OK'd it through some other phone or internet purchase I was conducting. I told him I had no idea of what or why I was being charged, so he said they would refund me, but to call back Monday, the 20th, to Direct One at 888-273-4992, or Customer Service at 877-863-8667 to verify the cancellation and refund. Called Direct One on Monday, talked to Phung, she it would be cancelled and refunded with a conformation number given to me. On June 3rd, still hadn't received the refund, called Direct One, talked to Phung again, she said she'd issue the credit herself within 7-10 days, and receive an email. I noticed all this on June 13th. Called 800-737-6183, the number on the email, what's this, the 4th or 5th number now, talked to a Reginald this time, he said I should see another email and refund.
